- Third-party service charges (hosting, domain, licenses, APIs, SMS gateways, payment gateways, etc.) are excluded.
- Support requests are handled during business hours only (Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Issues caused by third-party modifications or unauthorized code changes may not be covered.
